VGF-200
Designed for small-to-medium volume packaging applications, the versatile VGF-200 can accommodate trays of virtually any shape and size.
At double the capacity of the VGF-100 it can seal up to 20 trays per minute and achieve residual Oxygen levels below 0.1%.

Function
Filled trays are placed manually on a carrier, which slides automatically into the body of the machine, where the vacuum/gas flush and seal are performed.
Control
Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), the VGF-200 can be configured for a variety of production applications. All of the machine’s functions are controlled from a touch pad with a digital display screen.
